Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani: Sartaj Gill (Raja) denies rumors of quitting the show and has clarified that he is very much part of the show

Ardent fans of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani are currently quiet tensed as news of the lead actor Sartaj Gill making an exit from the show have started doing the rounds.


It had been reported earlier that Sartaj has taken a sudden decision to leave the show as he has grabbed a bigger opportunity elsewhere. It was also reported that the lead actress of the show Eisha Singh was unaware about Sartaj’s decision and the news came to her as a big shock. Although the earlier reports suggested that Sartaj himself has given a confirmation about his exit, the latest update is that Sartaj is not planning to leave the show anytime soon.


Sartaj has given a confirmed clarification that all the news about his exit are false and baseless. The actor has further clarified that the ramous about his exit must have started off as he was not shooting for the show since a few days. Viewers will see that  Sartaj’s character Raja will get shot on the show very soon and therefore he will not be seen for few episodes. As a result, the people from the set spread the false rumour that Sartaj’s character has come to an end and he has quit the show.


Sartaj has put all rumors to rest by clarifying that he is very much happy with his role on Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani and has no intensions of quitting. Sartaj is also unfazed with Iqbal khan’s entry in the show as parallel lead and feels that all decisions made by the creative team are well accepted by him.
